The Cookhouse restaurant welcomes groups of six or less and the Food Hall is open as normal.

As the Suffolk Food Hall we pride ourselves on our food, obviously. Our brigade of chefs cook to order using ingredients from across the business and the farm. Working with our events team, we are able to cater for all dietary requirements, and we are pleased to propose bespoke menus.

Team Meetings

With a flexible space we are able to offer something suitable for all types of meeting; be it a board meeting, conference with break-out groups, breakfast seminar or panel presentation.  Our events team, will arrange refreshments and food to suit within your schedule. We also have a large range of Audio Visual equipment available.

Baby Showers / Hen Parties

To enjoy our beautiful view on a special day, we recommend our Afternoon Tea package for baby showers, hen parties, etc. We offer plenty of space for games and activities which you may wish to plan as a part of the celebration. Add decoration to the room for the personal touch, and make the most of the Food Hall itself before, during or after.

Team Building

Make use of the space within our rooms for 'away days' and team challenges, or take advantage of our Escape Rooms on site. The Cookhouse is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and hence there is the perfect space to hold an activity with one of our Partners to help build your team.


With an entirely private area, the view offers a perfect backdrop to reminisce. We recommend our Afternoon Tea package for wakes, meaning there is something everyone is able to enjoy, and with unlimited tea and coffee, everyone is kept refreshed.

Catered Barbecues

Host your private barbecue with us. Our outdoor space is the perfect location for a barbecue, enjoying the most of Sunny Suffolk.

Choose your food and drink package and we’ll get the butchers to select the best and then fire up our barbecue and get cooking.

We can even supply the garden games, including croquet, jenga, rounders and more!  With plenty of tables and hay bale seating adding the finishing touch.

Workshops / Training

Our rooms offer a great venue for workshops and training.  There's lots of flexibility to combine spaces or use break-out areas.


Parties / Celebrations

We're delighted to help with any party of celebration we have in mind. Be it a children's birthday party, a Christening, a wedding anniversary, surprise and not surprise parties, ceremonies and presentations... the combination of our spaces and our ability to offer bespoke catering allows us to adapt to the occasion.

Private Dining

Whether for friends and family, school proms, gala dinners or club events, we would be delighted to make some suggestions so your event is particularly special.  There are different formats including reception drinks outside, a dance floor in a separate room and several bar options.



Whether a wedding breakfast or an all day celebration, our space can adjust to the different parts of any big day. Our events team are available as often as needed to work out the finer details well in advance of the big day itself. For as few as twenty guests for the intimate celebration, up to 200 for an evening, we work everywhere in between.
