Early morning Pilates classes, Pilates for men, a sound bath and regular physio sessions, there’s lots going on at Penny Jones Pilates during June. 
Make the most of the morning sunshine with a 7.30am start to our first Friday morning class throughout the month.  On Saturday 14th June we have a special session focusing on flexibility for men only. Friday 6th June there’s a chance to experience deep relaxation with one of our regular sound bath sessions.  Every Friday afternoon join our physiotherapist for extra help with persistent aches and niggles.
