Not sure if Pilates is for you? At the Penny Jones Pilates Studio there are new classes to encourage everyone to experience the benefits of this inclusive technique.
On Saturday 15th March there’s a focus on the specific needs of men with lots of stretching and mobilising exercises.  On Saturday 5th April it’s time for complete novices to find out what it’s all about with a beginner’s mat workshop. Both sessions start at 11am.
There are private 1:1 session available on Wednesdays at 4pm and Thursdays at 2pm. These can be perfect if you have a disability or condition which limits your movement.
