November is a busy month at the Penny Jones Pilates Studio here at the Suffolk Food Hall.  
On the 14th there’s a lot of practical help with improving how your hips work.  Easing everyday pain, moving more freely, rebuilding strength and generally feeling like your old self at a hips masterclass.  
It’s men only on the 22nd with lots of emphasis on improving flexibility.  There are two meditation and gong bath sessions at either end of the month, and a session exploring the use of mantras in yoga on the 16th. 
Plus there’s the usual twenty weekly mat Pilates and yoga classes and eight hours of Reformer Plus sessions.

Overview:
This is a fun run with a twist! All Santas will complete a multi-terrain
run, before entering ‘Obstacle LapLand’ – a lap of our 30 obstacle
assault course!

Christmas fancy dress and make-up very much recommended!
Each participant will receive a souvenir medal.

Get ready for Christmas day, join us and make a Christmas pudding, a Christmas cake, and traditional mincemeat. You’ll take all your bakes home to mature for Christmas day
