This is a fun run with a twist! Participants will complete a
multi-terrain 4km run, before entering the ‘Zombie’s Playground’ – a
devilish 1km long, 30 obstacle assault course, home to our team of
ghoulish Zombies!
Fancy dress and make-up very much recommended (you just need to make
sure you can run safely!) – the best dressed (judged by our Chief
Zombie) will receive free entry into any of our other events.
And dead or alive, each participant will receive a souvenir medal.

This month Penny Jones Pilates celebrates its 16th year at the Suffolk Food Hall. Penny works with a highly experienced group of six teachers to offer a full range of classes for everyone. This autumn she’s added a yoga class to the timetable. The class is aimed at people new to yoga and is suitable for anyone who can get on and off the floor.
Yoga is in addition to the twenty weekly Pilates mat class and ten hours of reformer plus sessions on offer at her lovely studio tucked behind the Food Hall.
A monthly membership is £64 which gives you one guaranteed mat class a week and access to as many other mat classes, including yoga, whenever there are spaces at no further cost.
Reformer Plus sessions are individually tailored in groups of three people on the full range of Pilates apparatus. These classes are suitable for anyone of any age, fitness and mobility. The cost is £29 per hour.
