  • A rugged yet smooth and creamy full flavoured farmhouse mature Cheddar cheese made from pasteurised cows milk. Suitable for vegetarians.

An unpasteurized soft cow's-milk cheese, manufactured in the town of Meaux in the Brie region of northern France for over a millennia. Known as the Queen of Cheeses since the French Revolution, the taste is rich creamy, underlined by sweet and buttery flavours of mushrooms and almonds.

A creamy, white bloomy-rind cheese handmade on the farm by Jonny and his team, from Montbeliarde cows enjoying the Suffolk climate. It has a smooth silky texture and a golden curd, with long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours.

A blue stilton with a rich, tangy flavour and a velvety smooth texture that makes it melt in the mouth. Crafted by hand from pasteurised cow's milk, using methods that have changed little since the 17th Century; never pressed and allowed to form its own coat, Cropwell Bishop’s Blue Stilton is aged for 12 weeks and exudes a level of quality that is hard to beat.

A vintage red Leicester aged to perfection for a complex crystalline texture and surprisingly intense flavour with notes of caramel.

A triple-crème blue cheese from Germany, that's surface-ripened and the bluing is throughout. It is quite light and combines a deliciously creamy texture with an ultra-smooth and very moreish flavour that's tiny bit salty.

An extra mature and award-winning cheddar, loved for its immense depth of flavour and smooth creamy texture.

A moist, soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow's milk cheese with a bloomy rind, from Normandy.
