Chicken Balmoral Cushion
LIMITED EDITION PRODUCT FOR BURNS NIGHT
Chicken Cushion stuffed with sausage meat and haggis. Topped with Smoked Back Bacon to differ from the standard chicken cushion.
– 1.8 kg chicken
– 250g sausage meat with chopped haggis.
– 3 smoked back bacon rashers on top and tied.
Oven cook 90 minutes @ 180’c. Can wrap in tin foil and last 15 mins open it up and whack the heat up for a nice finish on your bacon.
