Chicken Balmoral Fillets
LIMITED EDITION PRODUCT FOR BURNS NIGHT
Chicken Fillets stuffed with haggis and dipped in a cracked black pepper breadcrumb. 2 per pack.
– 2 skin off chicken fillets butterflied (average 300g)
– Haggis slice cut and moulded to form centre.
– Cracked black pepper breadcrumb
Oven cook @ 200’c for 25-30 minutes. Can also wrap in tin foil, the cracked black pepper breadcrumb will accompany the gravy, neeps and tatties for a lovely warming Burn’s Night dinner.
