Join us for another Feast Night where your table will be filled with platters perfect to share with your friends and family of vibrant, flavour-packed Mexican dishes. We’re taking you across the World for a one-of-a-kind culinary celebration where the tables are full, the platters are plentiful, and the flavours are bold. Sombreros optional.

STARTERS

Totopos with trio of salsas:

– Tomato and Coriander Salsa Verde

– Charred Tomato Salsa Roja

– Pico de Pina – Pineapple pico de gallo

 

MAINS

Taco Feast Board – Warm Mini Tortillas served with

– 18 hour slow cooked Beef Barbacoa – Beef Brisket braised slowly with a blend of chillis, herbs and spices. 

– Pork Carnitas – Juicy shredded pork shoulder, marinated in a mix of Mexican spices and herbs and charred slightly before serving.

– Baja Style Prawns – Prawns Sautéed with garlic, lime juice, fresh chilli, finished with lime zest and coriander.

Toppings:

  • Guacamole
  • Pickled red onions
  • Coriander
  • Pineapple pico de gallo
  • Shredded gem lettuce
  • Lime wedges
  • Crumbled feta
  • Pickled fresh jalapeños
  • Smoky warm black beans with paprika, cumin, garlic, onion

– Cinnamon Churros with warm chocolate sauce and dulche de leche

– Mango Sorbet with lime zest, cubed mango in a tahin rimmed glass topped with mint.
