Join the Guild’s interactive course for cheese retailers, with plenty of hands-on experience and tasting opportunities, delivered by two of the UK’s leading cheese experts, Patrick McGuigan and Emma Young.
Why take the course?
A unique and practical hands-on course will teach retailers of all levels how to run a successful cheese counter. This one day course is for independent deli owners and their teams who are involved in sourcing, buying and selling cheese.
