Our Butchery has built a strong reputation from the quality of meat and the quality of service, particularly during the BBQ season. The team break down and prepare all products on-site, with carcases from a local network of farmers for full provenance. At the heart of our offering is our own herd of Red Poll x Aberdeen Angus cattle; all of which comes through our butchery. Our Red Poll cows, the native Suffolk breed, have the right suckler (mothering) qualities and the Aberdeen Angus bull helps create the perfect beef you want. The team is on hand to advise, recommend and help wherever and however possible.

We have a chocolate counter, full of the wonders available from one of Britain's oldest chocolatier, Charbonnel et Walker. Alongside this selection, we have the handmade, simple flavoured range from Harris & James, based in Beccles.
Both counters allow the opportunity to hand select (and sample!) individual chocolates to make a box of treats. Enjoy each and every single one.
Our gelato hut is open for the 2021 season, with lots of new flavours to try, handmade in Southwold by our friends at Harris & James. There is almost always a dairy alternative available too!
Wine, Beer & Spirits
We have hand selected our favourite beers and ales from the plethora of small brewers in the local area. East Anglia is able to boast a great range of spirits and wines too, particularly a favourite tipple; gin. The local independent vineyards, such as Giffords Hall, Shotley and Copdock Hall, compliment our wines from around the world.
