Our facilities team ensure the Suffolk food hall is prepared when winter conditions arise. Your safety is our priority and we continuously monitor weather conditions. Our team arrive early to prepare our car park and public pathways, keeping them clear and safe. Whatever the climate we will always do everything possible, so you have a memorable shopping experience.

Suffolk Food Hall is delighted to be one of the best local food venues in the UK. As farmers, we are proud to provide our customers with fresh produce, meat, and much of the fantastic food produced locally in Suffolk and East Anglia. A host of activities at Suffolk Food Hall ensure that you experience quality, local, food with all its provenance, in everything that we do.

We have all that you would expect from an internationally-recognised farm shop, …. and more! A traditional carcass to customer butchery, scratch artisan bakery, Youngs Fish is with us every Thursday with a full fresh fish counter, our own delightful Delicatessen with lots of products made by the chefs at Made @ Suffolk Food Hall, a wine & beer merchant, greengrocer, grocery, chocolatier, hamper service …

Your enjoyment is extended with the Home & Garden department, lovely walks along the river in the Suffolk Coast National Landscape, a coffee or afternoon tea in the Café… The Cook House building houses The Restaurant @ Suffolk Food Hall a unique farm-to-table menu, as well as a series of other businesses… and don’t forget the Pilates Studio, Orwell Fitness gym, the Field Fit obstacle course, hairdressers, beauty salon and cookery school too!
