The Deli counter at Suffolk Food Hall is one of those places that rewards a little time spent lingering. Stocked daily with an ever-changing selection of freshly prepared dishes, locally sourced cheeses and carefully chosen specialities, it’s a counter that reflects everything we believe good food should be – seasonal, considered and made with care. 

Much of what you’ll find has been specially prepared by our own chefs on-site, under the Made@ Suffolk Food Hall label. From freshly baked sausage rolls, Scotch eggs and golden pastry pies to delicious salads that change with what’s in season. 

Our cheese counter brings together the best of Suffolk’s cheesemaking tradition alongside a selection from further afield. Local favourites such as Baron Bigod, Suffolk Blue and Suffolk Gold sit comfortably alongside wider choices, giving you plenty of inspiration for a well-balanced cheeseboard. 

No visit to our Deli would be complete without a mention of our glazed hams. Made from local gammons, each one is slow-poached before the fat is scored, smothered generously in glaze and finished in a very hot oven with regular basting to achieve a thick, sticky, deeply flavoured finish. Hams can be ordered for collection or delivered in a cool box, with a tub of extra glaze on the side if you fancy finishing it your own way at home.
