Our game selection is shaped by the landscape of the Broxtead Estate near Woodbridge. The Estate is set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the countryside is carefully managed with wildlife in mind.

The woodlands and rough ground are left to thrive naturally, free from artificial fertilisers and pesticides, encouraging a rich variety of grasses and plants that support healthy well-nourished game.

From this landscape comes wild fallow venison, hung with care for a full week to enhance its flavour and texture. Through the seasons, pheasant and partridge are also sourced from the Estate’s small, privately managed shoot.
