 Our poultry is sourced from local farms where birds are reared slowly, with welfare and quality at the heart of everything. Birds are given freedom to roam outdoors, with time and space to mature naturally, resulting in meat with deeper flavour and superior texture. We work with a small number of respected farms in the region, including Hog & Hen in Stonham Aspal and Sutton Hoo in Woodbridge, to ensure variety while maintaining standards we can stand behind.
