Wakes and Celebrations of Life

We offer the option to hire the restaurant, ensuring privacy for your gathering. Whether you are planning a quiet wake or a more personalised celebration of life, our team will work closely with you to create a setting that feels right for the occasion.

We have three menu options available which you can view below. Prices are based on a minimum number of guests and hire of The Restaurant for 4 and a half hours.

Private Events

At Suffolk Food Hall, our restaurant offers a versatile and inspiring space for both private celebrations and professional gatherings. Whether you’re marking a special occasion or hosting a business meeting, our setting combines style, comfort, and exceptional service.

Please be aware that minimum numbers are required for hiring the Restaurant space. If your number of guests don’t reach the minimum, we can offer a lovely dining experience in our Restaurant during our open hours.

Boasting a generous capacity, The Restaurant offers ample room to accommodate groups of up to c. 130. The venue’s commitment to excellence extends to its comprehensive technology, including a TV, projector, and top-tier sound system. Plus, we encourage decorations (just no confetti please) to make the event truly yours.

Keep your guests or colleagues well looked after with our range of food and drink options. From light refreshments and working lunches to full dining experiences, our menus showcase fresh, locally sourced Suffolk produce.
