When will the Bouncy Pillow be open?
The bouncy pillow will be up and working as long as the weather is dry.
Can I bring my dog?
We love to see your four legged friend and dogs are allowed outside, including the outdoors dining area of the Cafe. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed indoors or around the garden centre. The only exception for this is guide or support dogs.
Do you cater for various dietary needs?
Our Restaurant will do their best to cater for Allergies and Dietary Requirements including Gluten Free and Diary Free. We also have a dedicated Vegetarian and Vegan Menu which can be viewed here. Our Cafe also offer Gluten Free options. Please speak to a member of staff when you arrive and they will help you.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer ample free parking for all visitors, including designated spaces for disabled parking. Our parking area is conveniently located close to the main entrance for easy access.

Our on-site Artisan Bakery is filled with the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods every day. We are passionate about traditional baking methods and using high-quality, local ingredients to create exceptional products.
In our bakery, you’ll discover:

Do you serve a Sunday Roast?
Yes, we absolutely do! Our Sunday Roast is a highlight of the week at the Suffolk Food Hall. We believe in celebrating this classic British tradition with the best ingredients our region has to offer.
You can expect succulent, traditionally reared meats sourced directly from our award-winning Butcher Shop, including beef from our own Red Poll herd. These are served alongside all the classic trimmings, such as fluffy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables from local growers, rich gravy, and homemade Yorkshire puddings.
Do you offer Afternoon Tea? What’s Included?
Yes, we offer a delightful Afternoon Tea experience, perfect for a special treat or a relaxing afternoon. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy our beautiful views over the Orwell estuary.
Our traditional Afternoon Tea features a classic selection of finely cut sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve, and an assortment of delicate, handcrafted cakes and pastries from our artisan bakery. This is all served with your choice of loose-leaf tea or freshly brewed coffee.
