Our delicious hams are a true highlight of our Deli. Each gammon is gently prepared before being slow-cooked to achieve perfect tenderness, then finished with a rich glaze that’s built up through careful basting in a hot oven. The result is a glossy, caramelised exterior with a deep, savoury-sweet flavour.
The pork behind our much-loved hams comes from a small family farm just across the Norfolk border, where Chris Schwier raises his Large White and Duroc cross pigs outdoors with exceptional care.
