Our loyalty scheme is a simple way to make every visit go a little further. Picking up something for supper, popping in for coffee and cake or stocking up for the week ahead – it all adds up, quietly building into something back.
Every purchase across the Food Hall, Home & Garden, The Café and The Restaurant earns points which can then be used as a saving on a future visit. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing to shop with us.
Getting started is easy. Register your details online, by email or in person, then collect your card the next time you visit. You’ll be given both a card and key fob, so access to your account is always close to hand. Just present the card or fob at the till to collect your points and when you’re ready, redeem them against your shop.

Birthday treats
Celebrate your birthday with a little extra from us. Loyalty members can enjoy a complimentary starter or dessert when dining at The Restaurant, valid on your birthday or within four days either side. Just book your table, order a main course and let us take care of the rest.
Spend points in the Food Hall and The Café
Redeem your points in the Food Hall or The Café, across everything from your regular shop to a coffee and something sweet, or even a few extras you might not usually pick up.
Spend points in The Restaurant
Turn everyday shopping into something more indulgent. Your loyalty points can be redeemed in The Restaurant towards a relaxed breakfast, a leisurely lunch or a traditional Afternoon Tea. It’s an easy way to elevate your visit and enjoying your favourites with a saving already built in.

We like to keep our Loyalty Customers up to date with the latest news, offers and what’s happening at the Food Hall so you will receive a monthly newsletter from us. This will include upcoming events, new menus, new products in the Food Hall, exciting news, offers and more.
Priority ordering
Loyalty members enjoy early access when it matters most. This includes Christmas collections and seasonal favourites, with priority ordering and helpful reminders. It’s a stress-free way to plan ahead and ensure you don’t miss out on the items you love.

Terms & Conditions
- By registering for the loyalty scheme, you agree to Suffolk Food Hall’s Data Protection Policy.
- Points are earned at a standard rate of 1 point per whole £1 spent. SFH reserves the right to vary this rate or offer promotional rates at any time. Exclusions may apply.
- A valid loyalty card or key fob must be presented at the time of purchase to earn or redeem points.
- Points may be added retrospectively by presenting a valid receipt at a till.
- Points may expire if they remain unused for more than 12 months.
- Your points balance can be checked in-store or by contacting [email protected]
- Loyalty cards remain the property of SFH Ltd. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
- Points cannot be transferred or merged between different customer accounts.
- SFH Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty scheme and its terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in-store and on the website.
