Red Poll beef from our own farm is a signature but the restaurant also serves a range of other seasonal dishes using the best local ingredients. The brigade of chefs cook from scratch everyday on a big open visible kitchen. For any dietary requirements, please call the restaurant team on 01473 786 616.
To provide the level of service to which we aspire, we kindly ask groups of ten or more to pre-order from our menu. In order to secure a large booking, a deposit of £10pp will be required.
Whatever the occasion we have the space to host. Our tailored dining service, in a private room, is co-ordinated and delivered by our dedicated Events team. Our Feast room, overlooks the Orwell, and for smaller numbers, our Auditorium is perfect. For larger numbers, The Cookhouse is also available.
The Café in the Food Hall is also open for teas, coffees, cake and lighter bites. These can be taken out to the bouncy pillow, and seasonally, the Beach Hut is open which sells delicious local ice cream.

Our afternoon tea is served overlooking the panoramic view and estuaries of the River Orwell. For £14.95pp, enjoy a selection of sandwiches, sweet and savoury nibbles and unlimited tea or coffee. If the occasion suits, add a glass of bubbly or a hire a private room for larger groups.
To reserve a table, we require at least 24 hours notice, and payment in advance, preferably at the time of booking. We are able to cater for dietary requirements providing we are informed in good time.
Afternoon tea is served Monday to Saturday from 3pm to 5pm and 2.30pm to 3.30pm in Sundays. Gift vouchers are available.
