Together, they create something that goes far beyond a place to shop or eat. There’s care in every role, pride in every product and a genuine sense that everyone here plays their part.

From early mornings in the Bakery to the buzz of the Deli counter and the kitchens beyond, you’ll find a team that knows their craft and loves what they do.

Aston Ramsey

Aston Ramsey

Having been part of the Suffolk Food Hall family for 15 years, Aston has built an impressive career across the business. He spent 10 years in the production kitchen before moving into his current role, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience. Prior to joining SFH, Aston gained eight years of experience working as a chef.

What Aston loves most about SFH: “My favourite thing about working in the kitchen is getting to work with all the fresh seasonal foods and seeing it all sell in the Deli!”

Daniel Gorham

EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF

Daniel Gorham

Daniel joined Suffolk Food Hall in 2023, bringing with him 18 years of experience across the catering and hospitality industry As Executive Head Chef, he leads the kitchen team with a focus on quality, consistency and making the very best of the exceptional local produce available across Suffolk.

What Daniel loves most about SFH: “I really enjoy the fast pace of The Restaurant, using great local produce and working with a hardworking team – all with the additional benefit of a fantastic view.”

Jacqui Peck

CAFE AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Jacqui Peck

With over 39 years of experience across retail, hospitality and compliance, Jacqui brings a wealth of knowledge to Suffolk Food Hall. Having been part of the SFH team for over 12 years, she plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of The Café while also ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the business.

What Jacqui loves most about SFH: “Knowing my work makes a tangible difference and that we are one team, one family, always supporting each other.

Corinna Hussey

DELI MANAGER

Corinna Hussey

With five years of experience in deli and food retail, Corinna took on the role of Deli Manager in March 2025 and hasn’t looked back. She oversees a busy counter, helps customers discover local favourites and thrives on the fast pace and variety that each day brings.

What Corinna loves most about SFH: “The people – we are one big family. And aside from my team in the Deli, I love the friendly atmosphere and the variety that every day brings.”

Lee Goldsmith

Lee Goldsmith

Lee has been at the heart of the Suffolk Food Hall Bakery since September 2015 and with more than 25 years of baking experience behind him, he leads the team with a quiet passion for traditional methods and freshly made produce. Every loaf, pastry and sweet treat is made from scratch each day – and the creativity that comes with the role is something he genuinely loves.

What Lee loves most about SFH: “I love my amazing team and the freedom we have to express our artisanal skills to produce the best bread and sweet treats for customers.”

Helen Stokes

HAMPER COORDINATOR

Helen Stokes

Helen brought almost two decades of retail experience to Suffolk Food Hall when she joined in 2021 – along with an eye for thoughtful gifting. She carefully selects and packages some of the very best products from across the Food Hall, from small local producers to much-loved Suffolk favourites, ensuring every hamper feels as special as the occasion it’s marking.

What Helen loves most about SFH: “I love being part of an amazing team, putting together hampers for customers and having such a wide range of local products from small businesses to choose from.”

Emily May

Emily May

After a 15-year career as a Retail Commercial Manager, Emily made the move to Suffolk Food Hall in 2022 and now oversees the day-to-day running of The Restaurant. She brings warmth, professionalism and a genuine commitment to making every visit – from busy family lunches to special afternoon teas – feel memorable.

What Emily loves most about SFH: “The family-friendly atmosphere and the welcoming feel across the whole site.”

RESTAURANT HEAD SUPERVISOR

Aaliyah Hart

Aaliyah joined Suffolk Food Hall in August 2021 and has progressed to become Restaurant Head Supervisor. Aaliyah plays an important role in keeping The Restaurant running smoothly day-to-day while helping to create the warm atmosphere guests know and love. Aaliyah is passionate about the supportive culture at SFH and the strong sense of teamwork across the site.

What Aaliyah loves most about SFH: My favourite thing about working here has to be the people – it really does feel like one big family. No matter where you are across the site, there’s always a friendly hello or someone stopping to ask how you are and that genuinely makes my day.”
