Please note this is a standard gift card with the afternoon tea value loaded onto it. For example £22.95 for one, £45.90 for two etc. Orders for gift cards are processed Monday to Friday. If ordered on our website over the weekend, your card will be posted (or available for collection) on the next normal working day. Please be aware this will take up to 2 weeks during the festive rush. Gift Cards (both ones with variable amounts and afternoon tea) are also available anytime in the Food Hall and from The Restaurant @ Suffolk Food Hall if you would like to come in and collect from a till.

For afternoon tea, booking is essential and at least two days in advance, as teas are made from scratch specifically for each customer. An afternoon tea card entitles the redeemer to a full afternoon tea, for one, in The Restaurant @ Suffolk Food Hall. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, and are valid for 24 months from the ‘date of last activity’ whether the initially loading, partial redemption or additional loading.  Terms & Conditions apply.
