A message from our Tenants this month
At Penny Jones Pilates Studio regular classes continue up until Saturday 21st December before we fold up our mats and stretchy bands for a festive rest. Sessions start again on Monday 6th January. The New Year brings new classes. We’ll be offering regular bone strengthening Pilates every Tuesday afternoon along with another osteoporosis testing clinic. With a monthly subscription of £64 we’ll be offering unlimited access to all eighteen weekly mat classes, space permitting.
Plus Friday afternoons brings our in house physiotherapist Zoe to the Studio and there’s popular monthly Sound bath and Yoga sessions available too.

Thistle & Fern our resident florist are back with a fresh flower stand in the garden barn every Friday & Saturday in the lead up to Christmas.
They are also holding festive workshops again this year – and there is still time to get into the festive spirit and snap up a place. Join them in their fairy lit barn, includes everything you need to make a luxury wreath and enjoy a glass of fizz and a SFH mince pie!!
