What are we cooking at Ilia’s Kitchen this month? (it’s not only chocolate treats)

It is April so of course chocolate treats are non-negotiable and you can learn how to make chocolate delice and truffles on our Chocolate Patisserie class on 11th April. Whilst on our Introduction to Patisserie on  4th April we are making classic desserts like profiteroles, millefeuille and glazed fruit tarts. If bread is your thing then learn how to make our delicious breakfast buns along with a white loaf and focaccia on our Bread Making class on 25th April.

Did you say you are Gluten free?  We’ve got you covered on our Gluten Free baking class on 18th April where you’ll get to make a white loaf, handmade shortcrust pastry that you’ll use to make a leek and gruyere tart and a retro death by chocolate cake. On the other hand if you want to learn how to make some of  your favourite dishes from around the world then join us on our Spanish Tapas and Paella class on 15th April  or on our Indian Curry with Sandya Oza class on 22nd April  or on our Greek Mezze class on 29th April.

There’s lots going on at the Penny Jones Pilates Studio this spring. As well as twenty two weekly mat classes and ten hours of reformer plus classes the studio has a series of specialists session to explore and challenge.

There’s a meditation and gong bath on Friday 17th April, and a Kundalini yoga session on Sunday 19th April. On Monday 20th it’s Pilates for men only.

On Sunday 26th April there’s a chance for anyone new to Pilates or who’ve had a break to get back into the practice with a refresher course.

Every Friday afternoon the studio’s resident physio is available for one to one session to deal with injuries and conditions that need a bit more attention.
