Lamb

  Our lamb comes from a small group of family-run farms across Suffolk and Norfolk, including Bull Farm in Felthorpe, Green Farm in Little Barningham, Woodlands Farm in Bracon Ash, Bowse Farm in Saham Toney and Pear Tree Farm in Erpingham – where animal welfare and traditional grazing methods define the standard. Born in the spring and turned out to grass almost immediately, these lambs develop naturally on open pasture. The result is meat that is tender, delicately flavoured and naturally succulent.
